I want to make a contribution from Postcolonial and Decolonial Theory. Then I would like to move on to other more specific points of international law and geopolitics, which is important if we want to build new poles, such as a Central American and Caribbean Big Space, as Alexander Duguin puts it in his book Theory of the Multipolar World.

The unipolar geopolitical system suggested by America and the collective West is a very big problem for mankind, because the unipolar geopolitical system creates an existential crisis, a crisis in geopolitics, a crisis in economy, a crisis in religion, and generally, creates a spiritual crisis.
We live in a world with many different races, religions, ideologies, cultures and heritage. In order to establish order and international law with the institutions that maintain it, the fact that there are different religions, economic systems and political arrangements in the world must be recognized, and that there are no universal truths or universal models.
Multipolarity, as a new international order, where a number of sovereign states in the same region, with similar civilization, form poles of the international system, could be the common goal, at least of the non western world.
Concerning the topic of the conference – multipolarity, I think, from our point of view of middle size European countries somewhere in the center of Europe, it is reasonable to talk about the new reality, the new reality of multipolar world which is shaping. I guess the Russian special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the Russia-NATO conflict at the moment being; will make our livings become more faster when it comes to geopolitics.
The world is clearly at the threshold of systemic change in the global structure of international relations. Things will never be the same.
It is back in 1989 that the American thinker Francis Fukuyama, perhaps unknowingly became the first to predict the demise of the "unipolar world”. In his essay "The End of History?" he triumphantly said that the spread of American-style liberal democracy throughout the world would bring about the common good, and would signal that the mankind has achieved the end point in its sociocultural evolution.
Belarus is in the center of Europe. It is at the crossroads of the Western and Eastern civilizations. For centuries our land has experienced the advantages of its position: being the junction, the center of the famous trade route "from the Varangians to the Greeks", which was beneficial for the development of commerce and the dialogue of cultures.
Sometimes the irresistible desire of an individual to be at the center of every event, to control everything, to create their own personal rules and standards and to subject the surrounding reality to these standards appears to be a normal phenomenon and a seemingly natural behavioral principle of life.
